The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel will serve as the host hotel and is connected directly to the Schaumburg Convention Center, providing a seamless experience for attendees. Most conference activities, including receptions, meetings, and the Expo, will take place within this integrated facility. Conveniently located just minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the venue offers easy access for both domestic and international travelers.
FEE INFORMATION: Full Conference Registration includes access to Educational Sessions, the Expo, Product Showcase, IMEF Breakfast, IAOM Annual Meeting/Safety Award Breakfast, Expo lunches, Opening Reception, Allied Trades Event, and the Wednesday afternoon reception in the exhibit hall. (Please note: the Banquet/Awards Ceremony, Golf Tournament, and Spouse/Guest Program are optional events requiring separate fees.)
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be received by March 25, 2027. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Please allow up to six weeks for processing.
