The Hyatt Regency Hotel is our host hotel and is the location for most of the receptions, meetings and banquets. We’ll have a second block of rooms at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza (35 West 5th St), and will host a couple of events at this venue throughout the conference. The Expo will be held at the Duke Energy Convention Center (525 Elm St).
FEE INFORMATION: Full Conference Registration fees provide registrants entry into conference Educational Sessions, Expo, Product Showcase, IMEF Breakfast, IAOM Annual Meeting/Safety Award Breakfast, Expo lunches, Opening Reception, Allied Trades Event, and the Wednesday afternoon reception in the exhibit hall. (Please note the Banquet/Awards Ceremony, Golf Tournament and Spouse/Guest Program are optional events requiring separate fees.)
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee and must be postmarked prior to March 12, 2026 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations postmarked after this date WILL NOT be refunded. Please allow 6 weeks to process refunds.
