IAOM partnered with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri to host the first four milling program to over 90 Girl Scouts in St. Louis.  The event was a huge success, and we hope more councils and youth-serving organizations will engage their members to learn more about flour and the milling industry.

The curriculum that was created is available to all communities, is flexible, and is able to be adjusted to each group’s individual needs.  If you are interested in having flour milling representatives at your event, please contact IAOM, and they will be able to help connect you with your local mill representatives. Although there isn’t a branded patch for Girl Scouts to earn with this program, there are many existing patch options available.

We hope your group enjoys learning more about the flour milling process!
