As a Foundation donor and member of the milling profession, you are making a long-term investment in your future and the future stability of the industry. Through the endowment created by these generous donations, IAOM will be able to develop more creative and instructive milling and training opportunities that will better equip the industry to meet the changing demands of tomorrow’s customer. Even without an immediate, personal, specific gain from a donation, donors have the knowledge and satisfaction of making a difference in the industry, and supporting generations of future millers.

You can make one-time gifts at any time and as often as you would like. You can obtain matching gifts from your employer for one-time gifts, make memorial donations or honorariums, establish planned giving gifts through estate planning, investment gifts other than cash (stocks, etc.), and establish the Foundation as an insurance policy beneficiary, etc. If there is a gift you would like to make, the Foundation will work with you for a positive result.

Direct contributions and pledges from companies, corporations and other organizations are welcome and important to building the endowment. In addition, companies/corporations can make gifts of in-kind services.

Beyond the day-to-day acknowledgment of gifts, IMEF also offers several levels and categories of donor recognition. When appropriate, naming opportunities are another way donors may be recognized.

These levels recognize a donor’s total philanthropy. These donors are recognized on a display at the annual conference and in the IAOM Annual Membership Directory. All donors who have reached one of the giving levels are also recognized during the IMEF breakfast at the annual IAOM conference.
Giving recognition levels are:

The Foundation is incorporated under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code as a non-profit, tax-exempt, research/education foundation. Financial investments and contributions from individuals, companies and foundations are fully tax-deductible as provided by US law. Non-US IAOM members can obtain a tax deduction against US-earned income only.

I would like to make a contribution to IMEF.
