The 69th Annual Conference of the Western Canadian District of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) will be held June 14-16, 2023 at the Fairmont Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Join your friends at the annual Allied Trades Opening Reception on Wednesday evening. Enjoy your favourite beverage and a few hors d’oeuvres. Later try your luck with a mini casino and auction for some great prizes.

Following breakfast, participants will meet in the lobby of the Fairmont at 8:15 a.m. after checking out and storing luggage. We will walk as a group to Cereals Canada, a short 5 min. walk from the hotel.

A block of guest rooms has been reserved for the IAOM Conference at a special rate starting at $189.00 per night (plus taxes) for the dates of Tuesday June 13 – June 16. When registering, please identify yourself as being with the IAOM group to receive the discounted room rates. To secure the lowest room rate, reservations must be made by May 15, 2023. After that date, if rooms are available, the hotel will continue to honor the rate until May 26, 2023. Once the May 26 deadline has passed, rates and availability may change.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
GOLF (Separate Registration)
Golfers will head to Assiniboine Golf Club for an 18-hole tournament. Fees include green fees, electric golf cart, breakfast and dinner. Golf club rentals are extra.
PRE-REGISTRATION is required on the form provided. PLEASE NOTE that clubs are very limited so we recommend if you are able to bring your own, that would be best.
