
IAOM will bring in experts from leading European equipment manufacturers and milling companies to teach various parts of the course, including Fawema and Haver & Boecker, along with seasoned experts from Hood Packaging, Mennel Milling and Ardent Mills. Over four days in Engelskirchen and Oelde, Germany, participants will tour production facilities, observe a variety of packaging systems in operation, and dive into topics such as product flow and bag characteristics, small and large pack systems, palletizing and load securement, system reliability and maintenance, traceability and food safety in packaging, personal safety and guarding, management and decision-making, and measuring efficiency and accuracy. The course will be facilitated by Dieter Flick, Mennel Milling, who will guide discussions on finished product management, system maintenance and reliability, and strategies to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is between 28-60 days of the program date, 25% of the tuition is non-refundable. 100% of the tuition may be transferred to another person.
If cancellation is less than 27 days of the program date, 100% of the tuition is non-refundable. 100% of the tuition may be transferred to another person. Severe extenuating circumstances will be considered individually.
Although we do not anticipate any changes, we do reserve the right to cancel an event at our discretion. In the event of course cancellation, 100% of the tuition will be eligible for refund or transferable to another course.
