Four Districts to Meet in Kentucky

The Ohio Valley District invites you to join us for the IAOM Ohio Valley, Niagara, Southeastern and Wolverine Joint District Fall Meeting, September 17-19. This meeting for 2025 will be held at the Omni Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.

In addition to the educational technical sessions and tabletop expo, the conference will kick-off with a golf tournament at the Elk Run Golf Club in nearby Jeffersonville, Indiana followed by a Welcome Reception at the Omni Louisville Hotel.

Following Thursday’s technical sessions, attendees will be transported to the historic Churchill Downs Racetrack to enjoy Live Horse Racing, dinner and drinks in our exclusive suite.

The conference will wrap up on Friday morning with an optional tour of the Louisville Slugger Museum – guests will get to take home their own mini bat! Check out the conference flyer for more information.

Conference Registration
Full registration fees will include the Welcome Reception, Technical Session lunch, Churchill Downs event, and Friday museum tour. Thursday Only registration includes technical sessions and lunch. To receive a refund on any paid registration fees, the cancellation request must be received before August 27. Please reach out to Rebecca at info@iaom.org

Spouses and guests are welcome! They are invited to join us for the Welcome Reception, Churchill Downs event, and Friday museum tour. Please register each guest separately.

    • Dress Code is Track Casual
      Do’s: Jackets and blazers optional. Vests, shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits, dress jeans, dress shorts and slacks are appropriate, as are golf shorts and capris.

      Don’ts: Worn or torn garments, crop or midriff tops, athletic wear, swim wear, frayed or torn denim, and flip-flops are considered inappropriate attire.
  • 5 p.m. – Enjoy live horse racing along with dinner and drinks in our exclusive suite!
  • 9:30 p.m. – Buses return to hotel

Friday, September 19

  • 9 a.m. – Meet in hotel lobby to walk to Louisville Slugger Museum
  • 9:30-11 a.m. – Tour of museum
