The Western District would like to invite you to attend the 2021 Meeting to be held at the Historic Davenport Hotel in Spokane, Washington on July 21-23. Attendees should plan to arrive on July 21, with a Welcome Reception scheduled for 5:30 pm. Technical sessions will be held on Thursday, July 22, followed by a social hour and banquet that evening. The golf outing will take place at The Creek at Qualchan Golf Course on Friday morning, July 23.

Registration
- To register with a credit card: Please go to the IAOM Online Store and log in. Your username is your e-mail address. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” and the system will help you reset the information.
- To pay by check: Please download the PDF Registration Form at https://www.iaom.org/wp-content/uploads/2021-Western-Advanced-Registration-Form.pdf and send in with your payment to the address on the form.
Advance conference registration should be made by July 3. Any cancelations received after this date will not be refunded.

Attendees should plan to arrive on July 21. A block of rooms at the Historic Davenport Hotel in Spokane has been reserved for IAOM attendees at a rate of $169 per night (+taxes/fees).

Golf
The golf outing will take place on Friday, July 23 at the The Creek at Qualchan Golf Course in Spokane, with a shotgun start at 8:00. Lunch and prizes will immediately follow at the course.
