Central, Texoma & Wheat State Districts’ Joint Summer Conference

July 27, 2023 - July 28, 2023

The IAOM Central, Texoma and Wheat State Districts’ Joint Meeting & Expo will be held July 27-28 at the Hilton Branson Convention Center in Branson, MO, located at: 200 East Main Street, Branson, MO (+1 417-243-7003).

We had great attendance in 2022, and hope you will join us at this new venue in 2023.

Advance conference registration should be made by Friday, July 14 to take advantage of the reduced prices. Since we have to guarantee a certain number of attendees for the dinners and golf in advance, there will not be any refunds made after July 14.

Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Branson Convention Center at a rate of $163 (+tax) for a single or double.  The room block deadline is June 30, and after that date availability and rates are not guaranteed. The hotel is attached to the convention center and is located at: 200 East Main Street, Branson, MO 65616 (+1 800-445-8667; +1 417-336-5400).

Hotel reservations fill up quickly, so please make your plans now to attend. Our room block, open through June 30, includes room nights for Wednesday, July 26 through Saturday, July 29. Please see the instructions below to make your reservation:

Golf
There is a golf tournament scheduled for Thursday morning at Holiday Hills Golf Club. Play will begin at 10 a.m., and we have reserved tee times. Please review the Golf Details flyer for additional information. Awards will be presented at the Banquet on Friday evening.

Tabletops
Suppliers – If you are interested in exhibiting at this Conference, there are a limited number of Tabletops available. You can sign up for one of these when you register online, or by sending in the downloadable registration form with your payment. 

After the conference feel free to take advantage of the many entertainment options available in and around Branson. There are many live shows with tickets still available. Of course there is also Silver Dollar City, the Titanic, and many shopping opportunities for those who need some retail therapy!
