
Course objectives: This five day workshop will cover theory and practical applications of various corn processing steps and the newest technologies.

Required skill level: This workshop, located at the Buhler Food Application Center (FAC), is intended for operation supervisors, engineering, or R&D personnel, etc. — i.e. individuals who are actively involved in technological aspects and feasibility considerations of corn milling. This is a great opportunity to learn and share experiences across the industry. No milling experience is required.

Registration Information
The course fee for IAOM members is $1,900, and the non-member fee is $2,100
Included in this fee are course documentation, lunches, coffee during breaks, and one social evening with dinner. Not included are hotel accommodations, traveling costs, transportation from the airport to the hotel, etc.
