All Safety Award recipients will be honored for their hard work and dedication on Thursday during the Annual Meeting Breakfast at the 130th Annual IAOM Conference & Expo in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
If the Recordable Injury/Illness Rate at your processing facility(ies) is zero (0), and one employee at your processing facility is an IAOM Active member, then you are eligible for the 2025 IAOM Safety Award.
Please fill out the application form below before February 1, 2026. Please list all locations that meet the criteria for the IAOM Safety Award. Each location must also employ at least one IAOM Active member in order to be eligible for the award.
